At Keya Seth Lab Fresh, customer satisfaction is important to us. We take great care to ensure that our products reach you in perfect condition. However, in the rare event that you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect product, we are happy to assist you with a return or replacement.

Return Request Process

If you wish to request a return, please contact our customer support team within 48 hours of delivery, along with unboxing videos or clear photographs as supporting evidence.

Once your request is reviewed and approved, we will arrange a pickup or guide you through the return process.

Return Eligibility

Products must be returned unused, unopened, and in their original packaging. Items that have been partially used, tampered with, or damaged due to customer handling are not eligible for return or refund.

For hygiene and safety reasons, certain personal care items may not be returnable unless received in a damaged or incorrect condition.

Refunds

Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 7–14 working days after the returned product successfully passes quality checks.

Shipping charges, if any, are non-refundable unless the return is due to an error on our part.

Non-Returnable Items

We do not offer returns or refunds for promotional freebies, sample packs, or items purchased during special offers unless the product is defective.
